What Customers Say About Ecamm Network iMage USB Webcam for Mac and Windows:

Works good sometimes i don't know if it is the cam or yahoo that freezes up the mac.

Overall a good value for the price There is some movement artifact. We purchased this camera to use on my daughter's older mac laptop with Skype. The picture is pretty good although not as clear the one from our newer Mac's camera.

Unfortunately I threw away the packaging before realizing that I'm not happy with the product so I can't return it, but this definitely got a bad rating from me. I got this guy, thinking that just about any web cam would be good these days, especially one that is a bit pricier than the average, and I can't tell you how unhappy I am with it. The image it produces is super grainy and yellowed.

I was on the web cam in 2 min after opening the box.I was pretty impressed with the quality of the picture for the price of the unit.Basicaly I plugged it in my computer and started up skype and it reconized it and I was chatting on line with picture. This was the easiest web cam ever to hook up and use.

Pull it out, no issues. It is well thought-out having a sturdy little stand to sit on its own and uses that same stand to brace itself on top of you laptop screen. Nothing additional needed. It is about the size of my thumb in length and about half that in height and depth.

I don't know too much about resolution and whatnot but it gets the job done and does it pretty well. It does wiggle slightly in the USB port but who really cares. As long as it works, which it does problem-free. I wanted a camera to use for my mac seamlessly and didn't want to pay the $200 or so for the isight and feel I came out ahead. My powerbook g4 didn't have the built-in camera so I needed one to use with Skype for video chats. I bought this and have been very pleased with it. It even comes with a little cloth carrying sac for transport in your laptop bag. Though you can download some from the website if you want for troubleshooting purposes and updates, you don't have to.

within 5 seconds there you are. Easy to use, no hassles, gets the job done more than adequately for my purposes. Highly recommended. But it feels sturdy in my hand, not at all cheaply-made so I assume it will last for a long time. I have absolutely no complaints. Four stars instead of five only because at $60 it's a bit pricey.

Been using it everyday for about 4 months or so. Don't want to use it. Just take it out of the box and plug it in. At the base are two holes if you want to mount it more permanently. The best part, though, is how well it integrates itself.
